What is the Apex Inactivity Rule?

For Intraday and EOD Performance Accounts to remain active, you must meet a minimum activity requirement:

Record at least 2 trading days with $50 or more in net profit within every rolling 30-day period.

This requirement is measured continuously. It is not a calendar month reset - the system constantly checks whether you have met the threshold in the past 30 days.

The purpose of this rule is to ensure active participation and consistent engagement with your funded account.

Dormant accounts appear in the "Dormant PAs" section of your user dashboard.

What Happens if Your Account is Closed

If a Performance Account is closed due to inactivity, the consequences are severe and irreversible:

Access to the account is permanently removed
Any accumulated rewards or payout eligibility are forfeited
Closed accounts cannot be reinstated

Important: This means all your profits, all your progress, and all your work on that PA is gone forever if you let it go inactive for 30 days.

How to Stay Active and Avoid Closure

Meeting the activity requirement is straightforward. Just follow these guidelines:

Trade at least 2 days per month with $50+ net profit each day
Set a calendar reminder to trade at least once every 2 weeks
Even a single MNQ or MES contract can hit $50 profit easily
Check your dashboard for the 'Dormant PAs' section regularly
Act immediately if you receive a day 15 or day 20 notification
